I am a freelance professional photographer, specialising in action and sports photography. I became really interested in photography while studying at the Epsom School of Art & Design, and although following a business career for many years, I have always been a dedicated photographer and traveller. Photography being a re-occurring theme throughout my life, and it ultimately became my second career; doing something I am really passionate about.

I have always been an active person, involved in sports all my life, and still practising martial arts; it was a natural progression to photographing the action. I put that same energy from my sports into my work, to capture not only the action, but also the spirit of the event, and those candid moments that tell so many stories.

I have provided images for corporations, individuals and have had work published in magazines. Working with Nikon digital equipment, I try to achieve the desired image straight from the camera; so if it means hiking up a mountain, to get that one shot, I will.
